Service Description
Barnyard Kids at Cedar Gate is an enriching five-week after-school program designed for children aged 6 and above. Held one day a week for 1.5 hours, the program runs from April to June and then again from September to October. Each week, our young participants are introduced to a new farm animal, learning about their unique characteristics, care needs, and the role they play on the farm. But it's not just about animal interaction; the program also focuses on practical farm skills. Children will engage in activities like feeding, grooming, and understanding animal behavior, along with general farm upkeep. This hands-on experience aims to cultivate curiosity, responsibility, and a love for nature in a safe, educational, and fun environment at Cedar Gate Farm. Cancellation Policy
Cedar Gate Farm Summer Day Camp Cancellation Policy At Cedar Gate Farm, we understand that plans can change, and flexibility is important for our families. To accommodate unforeseen circumstances, we have established the following cancellation policy for our Summer Day Camp: Cancellation Deadline: Families may cancel their camp registration up to 5 days before the start date of their scheduled camp session. To do so, please notify us in writing via email or postal mail to ensure that your cancellation request is properly documented and processed. Refund Policy: Cancellations made by the specified deadline (5 days before the camp start date) are eligible for a full refund. We appreciate as much notice as possible to offer the spot to another camper on our waiting list. Late Cancellation: Any cancellation requests received less than 5 days prior to the start of the camp session will not be eligible for a refund due to the costs incurred in preparation for the camp and the challenges of filling the spot on short notice. Alternative Option: While a refund may not be possible for late cancellations, we understand the value of the camp experience for your child. Therefore, we offer the option to transfer your child to another camp session within the same summer season, subject to availability. This allows your child to still enjoy our camp experience, even if your original plans change. Please note that the ability to transfer to another session is contingent on there being available space in the desired session. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options. We hope this policy provides clarity and flexibility for your summer planning.
